1. Information Regarding the Processing and Storage of Personal Data

You may at any time request information from us regarding which of your personal data Engadin St. Moritz Mountains AG stores and processes. We will provide this information electronically via email.

To obtain information, follow these steps:

2. Please provide us with your last name, first name, and any email addresses you may have registered with us. For example, people are often logged into their user accounts with a different email address than the one used for the newsletter. If you provide us with all your email addresses, we can ensure that we send you all the information you need.

3. Please provide us with any additional information, such as whether you stayed at an Engadin St. Moritz Mountains AG hotel (ALL IN ONE HOTEL INN LODGE, Romantik Hotel Muottas Muragl, Hostel Pitsch). This makes it easier for us to find your information, and we can provide you with a response more quickly.

4. Our support team will then contact you and work with our system administrators to consolidate your data so that they can provide you with the information you need.

2. Please tell us as precisely as possible which personal data you would like us to delete.

3. It would be very helpful if you could let us know which service or system you would like to have your data deleted from. For example, “Please delete my data from my Mountains account,” “Please delete my phone number from my hotel reservation at Muottas Muragl,” or “Please delete all my data stored by Engadin St. Moritz Mountains AG.”
